Turkmen National Cuisine Traditions Presented at Expo 2025

On July 26, 2025, as part of the "Expo 2025" World Expo held in Osaka, Japan, Turkmenistan’s national pavilion successfully hosted several significant international events. One of these events was the ceremonial reception titled "Bountiful Turkmen Table," which was organized to widely introduce Turkmenistan's ancient and rich culinary traditions to visitors from different countries around the world.

This event was aimed not only at presenting Turkmen national dishes as meals but also at promoting them as an integral part of the country’s historical and cultural heritage on an international level. During the ceremonial reception, guests visiting Turkmenistan’s national pavilion were offered a taste of the country’s unique dishes, with detailed information provided about the historical origins, preparation methods, ingredients, and special features of each dish.
